Synchronizing with the SyncML ProtocolSynchronization MethodsThere are two options for synchronizing a handheld device with CorporateTime:
We recommend consistently using one of these methods and not switching between using CorporateSync and SyncML. If you must switch between methods, be sure to execute a "Full Sync" (CorporateSync) or a "Slow Sync" (SyncML) as your first synchronization with the new method. If you have changed any calendar data on your handheld or on the CorporateTime server, do a sync using the same method as your last sync before changing methods.
