There a great number of possible errors that may occur during an attempted logon. Listed below are the most common Natural and Com-Plete errors that you might encounter, along with a recommended course of action.

Error Message	Meaning	Recommendation
xxxxx ON HOLD BY ANOTHER	The IS&C Security Administrator is currently reviewing your Com-Plete Userid.	Press ENTER to bypass this message.
Nat0400 Invalid Library name.	A library name must begin with an alphabetical character and must not be longer than 8 characters.	Use a correct library identification.
Nat0806 Library not found.	The Natural library which you entered does not exist.	Check the name of the library and reattempt.
Nat0807 Logon to this library is not permitted.	You are not permitted to logon to this Natural library because you have not been authorized.	Contact the department of record, or, IS&C Security Administration for assistance.
Nat0815 Please enter a library ID.	The library ID field is blank.	Type the name of a valid library ID.
Nat0852 Incomplete security profile; call security administrator	The Natural application you requested may be administered by a department outside of IS&C. Perhaps your logon failed because the Administrator of the Natural application you requested has not completed processing your request.	Please contact the Department of Record responsible for this Natural application.
Nat0856 Automatic logon with invalid logon data; logon failed	Your logon to a Natural application has failed.	Please contact the Department of Record responsible for this Natural application.
Nat0873 User ID or password invalid.	You have entered an invalid userid or password.	Correct and re-attempt.
ULX0009 INVALID BILLING INFORMATION	The account to which your Com-Plete Userid is charge has been closed or is non-existent.	Contact the IS&C Accounts Administrator, Bev dela Cruz, at extension 2261, for assistance.
ULX0010 INSUFFICIENT FUNDS	Your account has a zero balance and you will no longer be able to use your Com-Plete Userid until additional funds have been allocated.	Contact the IS&C Accounts Administrator, Bev dela Cruz, at extension 2261, for assistance.
